When I entered Samadhi’s Golden Triangle yoga studio for the first time, I was impressed with Samadhi’s ability to recreate the welcoming vibe to which I am accustomed based upon my experiences at the Uptown Studio. A bright space filled with reverence, a comfortable sitting area, plus a gorgeous mural of a goddess.
The Golden Triangle – just a short walk from Downtown Denver – is now home to at least two great yoga studios: the other being The River – Power Vinyasa Yoga.
As I settled on my mat and took a deep breath, the sacred space ushered peace into both my heart and my mind. Skylights allowed me to bask in the sunlight and my spirit brightened. The alter overflowed with pujas and love. Midway through class with a teacher I trusted without reservation, I couldn’t help but think that maybe I had found my new yoga home.
