Beer: Insane Rush IPA
Brewery: Bootstrap Brewing Co.
Location: Niwot, Colorado
Insane Rush Indian Pale Ale hits you your taste buds on the front and back end of every sip. However, it’s not overbearing like many other IPAs.
“A perfect balance of malts and five different hops give this India Pale Ale its edge. The unique blend of citrus and pine aroma and flavor makes it a very drinkable IPA. Perfect for craft enthusiasts looking for a little more cowbell…” – Bootstrap Brewing Co.
This IPA is golden in color and very clear. It pours with a bit of head. I suggest you let it warm up 5-10 degrees and serve it with a hard pour. At 7.2% alcohol by volume, it’s super crunk! Two or three of these bad boys will really get you going.
Insane Rush has a light floral smell. It’s actually surprising how faint the delightful odor is in spite of the five different hops.
Overall, the earthy, grapefruit, and punchy orange flavors are well worth grabbing a six-pack from your local liquor store. The artwork on the can alone is well worth enjoying!
