Left Hand Brewing Milk Stout Nitro

Beer: Milk Stout Nitro
Brewery: Left Hand Brewing Co.
Location: Longmont, Colorado
ABV: 6.0%
Rating: 9/10

Left Hand Brewing’s Milk Stout Nitro has become a staple in Colorado beers. It is dark, rich, sweet, creamy, and simply will not disappoint. The novelty of this particular beer is that you can get a nitro experience in the comfort of your own home. Malt ingredients will awaken your tastebuds in this delectable creation. The beer has a strong aroma of roast coffee and chocolate, with no hop bitterness. After pouring hard, a thin brown foam will form on top of the obsidian-colored liquid below.

If you’re feeling adventurous and looking to pair this with dessert, we highly recommend spooning away at a scoop of vanilla ice cream while sipping down a Left Hand Milk Stout.

“Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness.” – Left Hand Brewing Company
